The PCA Initiatives are segmented into five investment areas with each area reflecting a critical component in the institutional commitment and advancement of PCA.

Investing in Faculty

The very core of a strong institution is its faculty and staff. Recruiting, training and sustaining our faculty will require a renewed commitment to the impact teachers have on the lives of students and families.

Several initiatives, both short-term and long-term, were adopted to advance each investment area.  In this investment area, the following initiatives were adopted and are in the process of being advanced:

Attract and Retain Top Talent
The PCA faculty and staff represent the face and heart of our organization. Great strides over the past seven years have been made in order to provide a competitive salary and benefit package for our faculty and staff as well as a training plan committed to philosophical and instructional excellence. A renewed commitment to ensure that PCA remains competitive is needed. The following tactics will be advanced:
  • Implement a plan to ensure that the benchmark goal identified as the competitive market standard is honored.
