The PCA Initiatives are segmented into five investment areas with each area reflecting a critical component in the institutional commitment and advancement of PCA.

Investing in Programs
Curricular and co-curricular programs play a critical role in the quality of the institution. The learning environment, critical thinking skills, character development and the overall preparation for life are all components of PCA's programs. A long-term sustainability plan will ensure their lasting legacy.

Several initiatives, both short-term and long-term, were adopted to advance each investment area.  In this investment area, the following initiatives were adopted and are in the process of being advanced:

Employ Advanced Learning Methods
Recognizing that technology is increasingly more prevalent in the methods used for learning and is dynamically impacting every aspect of our culture, the following tactic will be advanced:

• Deploy a comprehensive technology improvement plan throughout the school. Proven technology that enhances student learning will be implemented along with an instructional plan for personnel.

As each investment area begins to advance, we will update this area to show a summary of the progress until the investment area is completed.
