CHALLENGE

Continual expansion of our programs and curriculum is needed to ensure academic excellence into the future. Funds outside of the operating budget are needed to advance new and expanded programs and curriculum that reflect the needs of the students of today and tomorrow.

FACTS

• Strategic planning identified new and expanded programs for enhanced student instruction; a Math Lab and Foreign Language Lab for students who seek advancements in those areas, and a Speech and Communications Studies program are examples of newly identified and expanded programs
• Five full-time positions are needed to lead new or expanded programs and curriculum

SOLUTION

Raise $750,000 in annual support outside of current revenue streams to fund new and expanded programs and curriculum.
